Soy Milk Shake
This recipe for the Soy Milk Shake is absolutely delicious! We even tried it out on some skeptics of soy milk and they loved it! It's perfect for a spring/summertime beverage or to satisfy a sweet-tooth in a super-healthy way! Not only is this recipe delicious and good for you, but it is also lactose-free, vegan and vegetarian friendly!
recipe serves 1 person
what you will need:
Raspberry sorbet, 1/2 pint
Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Raspberries, 6
Strawberries, 4
Sugar, 3 teaspoons
Soy Milk (vanilla flavored), 1 cup
Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you desire the shake to be thicker, add 1/2 -1 cup of ice to the blender and mix with the ingredients until the ice is blended to a desired consistency.
